We are a working farm with uneven terrain, tools, and animals. By visiting or participating in any event, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

Participants are expected to follow all farm safety instructions provided by staff.
TomGirl Farms and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during visits, tours, or events.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5. Collaborations & Private Events

We love working with chefs, florists, makers, and creative partners. All collaborations and private events must be pre-approved and confirmed in writing.

If you’re interested in hosting an event, workshop, or photoshoot at the farm, please contact t@tomgirlfarms.com for availability, pricing, and partnership details.

6. Product & Service Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe all products and services, including produce availability, event details, and pricing.

We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated at any time. Taxes and processing fees may apply.
